 Please Note

  • We do our best to ship READY TO SHIP orders out immediately but please allow up to 72hrs handling time

  • Custom orders and made to order items can take up to 30 days before shipment, you will be informed by email of a more accurate time scale.

  • Orders placed after 11am Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will be posted the next available working day.

  • All delivery times are a guide & are correct for 99% of deliveries, unfortunately if there should be a delay with your parcel Rena leigh ltd have no control over this as your parcel will be in the hands of the delivery company. 

Customs Charges & Import Duty 

Your Rena Leigh order may or may not be charged customs or import duties. Charges must be covered by the customer. Unfortunately these charges are out of our hands & vary from country to country, so we are unable to advise you of what your charges might be. We recommend you contact your local customs office to find out more information.

Rena Leigh is not & will not be held responsible for these charges.

Returns and Refunds

How It Works

Thank you for shopping with Rena Leigh! 

We hope you love your new hair as much as we do but, in the event that you are unhappy with your order, please refer to our refund policy below.

Most of our wigs are custom made to your specific order of length, size, colour and style. These cannot be refunded for any reason other than being faulty on receipt. Changing your mind is not a valid reason for a refund if the item is custom made. Please ensure you measure your head correctly and select the correct cap size before purchasing. SIZE CHART – RenaLeigh

 

If your wig appears faulty this must be reported to us with photo evidence within 48 hours of receipt. Goods are not considered faulty if the condition deteriorates due to poor hair management on your part, such as heat damage, incorrect care or poor application.

All wigs are photographed before leaving our premises and Rena Leigh will not take responsibility for loss or damage in transit. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS IF THE LACE HAS BEEN CUT OR IF THE ITEM HAS BEEN WORN. 

If an item is returnable, ie an unworn stock item and agreed with our customer service team, it must be returned in its original condition, unworn and in the original undamaged packaging. You are responsible for any returned goods until they are received by Rena Leigh. Goods received after 14 days from reporting a fault will be returned to you and will not be eligible for a refund.

All returns are investigated by highly qualified hairdressers and if the unit has been altered in any way, e,g the unit has been given bleached knots, coloured or cut, it will not be refunded or replaced but will be returned to you.

Replacement units are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

Your confirmation of any order indicates your acceptance of our refund policy.

If you are an international customer, you are also agreeing that you understand some countries have import restrictions on certain goods or materials. After dispatch from our premises, transfer of liability shifts to you and you will be liable to pay any local taxes or duties.

1. Eligibility:
Sale items on Rena Leigh online are available to customers who meet the eligibility criteria as stated in the product description. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased and to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Pricing:
All sale prices are as advertised and are valid during the specified promotional period. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, Rena Leigh reserves the right to cancel any orders placed with incorrect pricing.

3. Availability:
Sale items are available while supplies last. We do our best to ensure accurate inventory levels, but we cannot guarantee the availability of any product. If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you and issue a refund for the unavailable item.

4. Returns and Exchanges:
All sales of discounted items are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted, except in the case of a defective or damaged product. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order with photograph evidence of the issue.

5. Shipping:
Shipping times for sale items may be longer than usual due to high demand during promotional periods. We will make every effort to process and ship orders promptly, but delays may occur. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

6. Coupons and Promotions:
Discount codes or coupons may not be applicable to sale items unless explicitly stated. Only one discount code or promotion can be applied per order.

7. Limited Quantities:
Some sale items may have limited quantities available, and we cannot guarantee the availability of a particular product. Once an item is sold out, it may not be restocked during the promotional period.

8. Modification of Terms:
Rena Leigh reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotion, sale, or these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
